Jason is the Founder and Principal Partner of Dubnik & Associates. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs. Jason has been practicing accounting for over 20 years, specializing in tax preparation and consulting for businesses and real estate investors.
Pat Monterosso, CPA
Pat Monterosso is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been practicing accounting for over 15 years and specializes in tax preparation of individuals and businesses. Pat has a Masters degree from St. Johns University in Accountancy and began his career with KPMG.
Robert Fleischmann, CPA
Robert is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. He has been practicing accounting for over 18 years, specializing in tax preparation of individuals, with a concentration in sports & entertainment and Estate & Inheritance Taxes. He has worked with athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLS, and International leagues. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on Expatriate/International taxation and assisted clients who were living or working abroad. Robert has his BA and MBA from Rutgers University.
Anthony Zaino, CPA
Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey. He graduated from Philadelphia University with a BS in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration. Anthony has been practicing accounting for over 10 years, specializing in tax return preparation for both individuals and businesses as well as small business accounting.

Anthony “Tony” is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey. He graduated from Monmouth University with a BS in Accounting. Anthony has been practicing accounting for over 20 years, specializing in tax return preparation for estates, trusts, individuals and businesses as well as small business accounting.
